Sky Drone FPV 3 Manual Updated

The Sky Drone FPV 3 manual has just been updated. The updates cover the following topics:
- Power requirements for the device (max. 28V 6S)
- Notice that no reclaiming is required after flashing a firmware update
- MAVLink mode
